This program was adopted by Prime Minister Pavel Filip in October 2017 (decision NR. 786 from 04.10.2017).

The Moldova Citizenship-by-Investment Program will be limited to only 5,000 applicants. The processing time takes around 2-6 months.
The Price is a minimum of:
Donation 100,000 EUR single applicant
Donation 115,000 EUR for a couple
Donation 145,000 EUR for a family of four
Donation 155,000 EUR for a family of five or more
Additional fees for Due Diligence, notary fees, background check and Advisor and Lawyer Fee, depending on the size of the family, on top. The applications can be made via GCI Unit Moldova from November 2018.
